When Stephen McFann comes across a set of coded documents, he thinks he has found a curiosity. A professor’s quiet verification of their origins tells him he has found something else. The papers trace a secret kept for centuries, through Freemasonry, through the long reach of slavery and the fight to end it, and through a bloodline that still has men willing to kill to keep it hidden.
With his best friend Randy beside him, Stephen has until midnight to decide what the truth is worth, and whom he is willing to lose to protect it.
The Blood Remembers is a story about brotherhood, inheritance, and the debts history never forgets.
Historical Fiction.
